As a Senior Instructional Designer at Boston Scientific, I work with a dedicated team to design and develop comprehensive training materials for structural heart valve products. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to create engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids that meet regulatory standards and enhance learner engagement.

I have also led the Malware Course Development Team at JACOBS: DC3 CTA, directing a diverse group of professionals, including Graphic Designers, Technical Evaluators, Instructional Designers, and SMEs. My role involves ensuring the instructional content is technically accurate and pedagogically sound.
Previously, I served as a Senior Instructional Designer at UBER-GLOBAL L&D, US&C, where I employed Synthesia to craft custom sales training videos, significantly boosting the instructional content's impact and appeal. In 2023, as a Senior Instructional Designer at ALLY BANK, I collaborated with colleagues, leaders, and business partners to transform business needs into clear learning objectives and detailed project scopes. I utilized VYOND to create engaging 2D scenario animations, integrated gamification techniques and developed a bespoke SharePoint site to support new Bank Fraud training initiatives.
My earlier role as a Project Program Manager at AMAZON AWS/WWPS in 2022 involved designing distinctive visual styles and layouts for educational content guided by adult learning principles and advanced graphics software.
Concurrently, I served as an Associate Manager of Field Learning at GAP INC., where I developed training materials to address performance deficits and client training needs, including Web-Based Training (WBT) and Virtual Live Training (VLT) for employees across all GAP Inc. brands.
In early 2021, as a Senior Instructional Designer at the American Red Cross, I developed courses and materials for technical and non-technical staff, ensuring that the content was engaging and accessible.
Prior to this, from December 2020 to March 2021, I functioned as the Cyber Security Training Manager at the Department of HHS, where I collaborated with SMEs to analyze learning needs, develop educational strategies, and oversee the implementation and evaluation of training solutions, including the creation of the HHS CYBERCare Awareness Logo.
